RIVER OF JANUARY This album was written and recorded in the months preceeding the birth of our oldest child, William. It reflects the excitement I felt at the prospect of becoming a father, and is dedicated to my family. SASSAFRAS DANCE was co-written by Robert Fox, and is dedicated to our first child. GODDESS was co-written by my father, Frank, and RIVER OF JANUARY was co-written and sung by our friend, Jill Anderson. I chose RIVER OF JANUARY for the album title because it symbolizes for me the "origin" from which all life flows. Thank you for sharing our joy.
